FITNESS REHAB: Week 2 ENDS!
We went to Bosu Blast Tuesday night and I was so sore the next day. It
hurt to get up, it hurt to sit, it just hurt. For some reason I actually
want to take the class again though... It is definitly a class that will
give you results!

Kirk on the other hand is still raving about how much it's going to help
his golf swing...
He wasn't as sore as i was, but he still got a great workout. This class
works your arms, legs, shoulders and core, and has some cardio too.

I went to a Step Combo class this morning at 8:30am. First of all, WAY
to early for a Saturday morning to be stepping and twirling. Secondly, I
had no idea what was going on! Way too much choreography for me!! I
spent a lot of the class doing side knees. Hahaha

Kirk came to the gym this morning too, and spent 45 minutes working his
arms & chest and is starting to feel sore, but a good sore!
