FITNESS REHAB!

FITNESS REHAB WEEK 2
Kirk and I both felt great today from the Hot Yoga last night - it leaves you feeling relaxed all the next day. It is a great way to start the week!
Bosu Blast was tonight - I was not looking forward to this class (very intimidating!), but am happy that I went and made it through. This is one tough class! There were a few times where fetal position seemed like a great idea (you know, maybe lay down and cry for a bit)... but we both pushed through.
I'm already starting to stiffen up, and I found out where my obliques are - 'cus they hurt every time I move.
Kirk really enjoyed this class, and has not stopped talking about how this class could really improve his golf swing!
This class works out everything from your core to your shoulders, arms and legs - everything! And on top of that, its a cardio workout too!
We will both be back at this class next week - if you are looking for fitness results you must try Bosu Blast! Its an intense workout, everything hurts already, but it will pay off!
I have my first personal training session tomorrow - core workouts. Not sure why I agreed to two days in a row.....

  1. Kirk might be interested to know that many professional atheletes like that famous golfer who's in trouble right now, yep Tiger Woods, include yoga in there fitness routine on a regular basis.

  2. I had a difficult time with Bosu Blast last night and I was in awe at the amount of people that attended. At first I thought we were just going to bounce off the fun balls all night but it quickly turned out to be a high energy type of workout which in a way I'm quite grateful to have experienced it. I didn't realize how unbalanced I was until I tried this class!
