We made it through our first week of Fitness Rehab - very sore, and a little tired, but week 1 is over!

Monday - 7:00PM: Hot Yoga
Tuesday - 5:30PM: Bosu Blast
Friday - 5:30PM: Yoga Groove
Saturday - 8:30AM: Step Combo
On top of these weekly classes, we will be doing personal training sessions with Jessica Power-Cyr, mine on Wednesday night and Kirk's Saturday morning while I'm in Step Combo!
Wonder if we will make it through week 2?!
