Fitness Rehab Week 3 ENDS!: XIT & Twoonie Yoga

Week 3 ENDS!
Kirk and I took Xtreme Interval Training on Friday night. We were so
tired after the class, and so sore yesterday that we couldn't even blog
about it. It was an extremely (hence the name) advanced workout class -
3 min of cardio & 1 min of strength & then repeat that for an hour -
weights, step board and some irritating rubber band thing included....
It was an exhausting class - the first 5 minutes were intense cardio
that left us panting, followed by the instructor telling us 'ok, that
was the warmup!, r u ready!?' AAARRRRHHHHH!
The instructor was great though - able to keep you motivated even when
you couldn't lift you legs anymore - my other favorite saying of hers -
'Keep smiling and then it won't hurt!' Bahaha, ya right...

We also went to Twoonie Yoga this Sunday. This class costs only $2 & the
money is donated to Heavens charity of choice - this year it is Alberta
Guide Dogs! They even had one of the dogs in after the class- A very
cute 16 month old yellow lab that is currently in training!
