Here at Heavens Fitness every Sunday we have a special Yoga class where anyone can join in for just a twoonie! The thing that makes this class so special is that all the proceeds from every class are donated to a very special cause, JAMIE'S PRESCHOOL! Jamie’s Preschool provides a rich program of play, learning and support for children facing cancer, blood disorders and other critical illness with immune deficiencies.
Twoonie Yoga led by Alan and Jackie Mileham is a wonderful program here at Heavens that we hope to continue to develop each year getting more and more participants!
This Sunday we are hosting a special OUTDOOR TWOONIE YOGA in the Heavens parking lot. We are hoping to reach our goal of 100 participants donating $200 to Jamie's Preschool. Come this Sunday and support a great cause as well as get a great yoga workout.

Correction on the 2009 Twoonie Yoga Charity. All proceeds for 2009 are going to Wood's Homes Children's Village School, helping children with emotional and behavioural concerns. The wonderful Jamie's Preschool Society, was our 2008 Charity/Community Class and Heavens and Twoonie Yoga attendees raised $6,620.14.
